It’s a rare thing for me to attend a Packer game, but I was in attendance when the Cardinals came to town two weeks ago. After the game, my brother-in-law and I decided to stop and see who was “out there” for the Fall Vigil.  I’m not kidding when I say that as we drove south on Oneida Street you could see the Norbertines’ white habits flowing from a half-mile away!

The “Norbertines”, officially the Canons Regular of Prémontré, are also known as the Premonstratensians. You may know them as the priests and brothers at St. Norbert’s Abbey in De Pere, Wisconsin.

Frater Adrian, Father Mike and FatherTim (L to R) had joined  up with the St. Norbert College Knight’s for Life leaders, Rachel Yep and Gabby Muñoz.

We thank Rachel and Gabby for continuing the long relationship between the Knights for Life and 40 Days for Life. And, we want to especially thank the Norbertines for their incredible public witness. When clergy and religious are visibly “out there,” a powerful message of hope, courage, and love is delivered!
