Life Guards To The Rescue!

In yet another example of area youth rising to the occasion, Notre Dame Academy’s pro-life group NDA LIFE GUARDS responded to the challenge that their coordinator Fr. Jordon Neeck proposed:

The homeroom that collected the most diapers would receive a breakfast that included Donuts and Juice.

BUT, if your homeroom collected 2,000+ diapers, you’d win a Pancake Breakfast!

The result: The Life Guards collected 10,988 diapers in a week!  I wish I’d known that the lure of pancakes was so effective when my own kids were young!

Despite the fact that such a challenge is borderline devious from a holy man-of-the-clothe like Fr. Jordon, our judges find nothing overtly coercive about it! Congratulations to the Life Guards. You are helping countless moms and babies with your generosity.
