PPWI Launches ‘Telehealth Service’ to Push Contraception and Abortion
April 24, 2020
Shameless. That’s possibly the nicest way to describe Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin’s (PPWI) latest move to maintain their abortion sales quotas in the Badger State.
PPWI operates three out of the four abortion clinics in the entire state of Wisconsin, which have continued to remain open during the current Coronavirus crisis. This despite Governor Tony Evers Safer-at-Home order, which has shuttered non-essential medical procedures and clinics.
Not satisfied with this inexplicable exception, the abortion giant has announced this new service because, “We know your sexual and reproductive health care can’t wait. As we weather this challenging time together, we don’t want you to worry about your birth control, emergency contraception, managing your health options, or accessing STI and pregnancy tests,” explained Tanya Atkinson, president and CEO of PPWI, in the press release announcing the new program.
Atkinson, who is paid more than $240,000 per year in her role, also claimed, “Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin is here with you — wherever you are,” in the release.
“It is a sad statement that you currently cannot see a dentist or receive certain legitimate medical care in Wisconsin, stated Jim Ball, executive director of Restore Packer Pride. “But taxpayer dollars are being spent to keep Planned Parenthood’s abortion business operating at top capacity.”.
